Every month, you’ll also receive a personal newsletter where I share pieces of my own mental health journey, what I’ve learned, what I’m still learning, and reminders that you’re not alone. You’ll find art tips, photos of some of my favorite pets and people, and little words of encouragement to keep you grounded and uplifted throughout the month. And who knows, some months might even include a special gift or token of my appreciation.
